4)
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
A
30-day money back guarantee to be exact! If you are dissatisfied
with any of our hosting services for whatever reason,
you will receive a full refund (minus additional labor fees, overages,
and support fees). Cancellation must occur within 30 days of account
activation.
Now
for the small print. :-) Oh, how we love the small print.... Not
included in the money back guarantee are Domain Registration,
SSL Certificates, and/or any additional billable services done
to servers. However no refunds are available after 30 days. Sorry.
:-/ You will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your
account. Accounts cancelled/terminated by What's for Supper Hosting
for violating our AUP/TOS do not qualify for the 30-day money
back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due
to spamming, you will not be given any refund. Please don't spam.
Try smiling instead. It makes the world a better place. :-)

5)
Why don't you offer "unlimited bandwidth?"
Because
it's impossible. Here is a quote from the UNLIMBAND.com web site:
Web
Hosting Companies that advertise "Unlimited Bandwidth"
are giving out false information. In our long history, we have
never seen any broadband company offering an internet connection
as "Unlimited Megabytes Per Second." So, how could
a Web Hosting Company, which normally doesn't even own its own
access lines, advertise to customers that it will give them
"UNLIMITED BANDWIDTH?" These Web Hosting Companies
are lying to the public by placing ads on search engines and
hosting directories to attract customers. Most of the time,
high bandwidth sites on these "Unlimited" plans will
be disconnected, and no refund given. Normally, the Web Hosting
Company will say that the site violated its Acceptable Use Policy
or Terms of Service. This is the reason why we set up this site,
to educate people on the companies that scam individuals. The
companies that bring bad feelings towards the word, HOSTING.
In
Today's world, the average gigabyte of bandwidth ranges from
$0.50 to $20.00. If a "high bandwidth" site (i.e.
200 Gigs per month) where to sign up for an "Unlimited
Bandwidth" plan, it would end up costing the Web Hosting
Company anywhere from $100.00 to $4000.00 to maintain these
"high bandwidth" sites. Yet, most of these Web Hosting
Companies only charge less than $20.00 per month. How can this
be?
Whenever
you visit a site promoting "Unlimited Bandwidth" as
one of the account features, be sure to visit the Acceptable
Use Policy, or the Terms of Service. Read the fine text about
the so-called "Unlimited" disclaimer, you will be
surprised!

How
can you offer so much for so little?
In
todays competitive market its hard to find a balance of performance,
price, and support. With products such as "CPanel" we are able
to offer an excellent feature packed product that is easy for
the end user to configure. We do not offer "mega bandwidth" packages
to keep our server loads to a minimum, in fact, our servers are
monitored closely to make sure that they never reach a point that
may cause a bottleneck. Even our lowest priced package is spacious
enough to host most websites and online stores. (In fact this
complete site is only using about 15 megabytes!) :-)

How will I control my account once I register and purchase a hosting
plan from you?
We
love it when you ask this one! :-) No, really! There are so many
ways to control your account!
For
one, we have our highly reputable CPanel v6.4 software that gives
you far more control than all of it's competition! With the touch
of a button, you can add e-mail accounts, access your files, backup
your files, and even setup a shopping cart! You can even change
any MX addresses without having to run it through us! Spam filtering,
webalizer, ftp manager, web protection (with passwords for certain
web pages), custom error pages, redirects, the list just goes
on! Talk about control.
You
will be able to access your CPanel by going to http://www.YOURDOMAIN.com:2082/
and entering the UserName and Password as given in your Activation
Email!
Also
(as an added bonus), with your FTP manager, you can even access
your web site with your favorite FTP/HTML editor (such as FrontPage
or any FTP program you may have!)

Can I run a bulletin board on my site?
You
sure can! However, we do restrict some boards as they do have
an improper base design that compromises our server performance.
Namely, the Ultimate Bulletin Board (UBB), IkonBoard & the
yaBB. Such boards are BANNED from our servers (as described in
our TOS/AUP). We know how you feel, we
formerly owned a UBB and had to trash it because of it's poor
design. If these boards redesign their software, we may consider
allowing them back on. We understand that this is turning away
business, but this helps the rest of the community out. :-)
May
I recommend a board? Invision Board is available for install
through CPanel and works nicely!
